Welcome to my personal webpage. I am a researcher and writer working across technology, politics, storytelling, and society, with a focus on India and the wider Global South.
I hold a PhD from the Oxford Internet Institute, where my research explored digital storytelling platforms in India and the changing nature of writing, creativity, and cultural work online. I recently worked as a Research Fellow in International Security at Chatham House, where my research covered technology governance, cyber security, digital sovereignty, misinformation, AI, and geopolitics.
I am currently writing a non-fiction book based on my PhD about modern India through the lens of technology and stories, based in part on my doctoral research. I am represented by Matthew Marland at RCW Literary Agency in London.
I am keen to connect with researchers, editors, producers, and others working at the intersection of technology, media, policy, and culture. Please feel free to reach out via email, X, Bluesky, or LinkedIn.
